MCM Home Maintenance collects information you voluntarily provide through estimate, membership, property-service and member-request forms, including contact details, property information, project descriptions and uploaded photographs.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review requests, prepare estimates, communicate about services, schedule work, administer memberships and maintain appropriate business records.

Lead-source information

When you arrive through a search result, advertisement, social post or referral link, the website may record the referring page and campaign labels included in that link. A first-party attribution record may be stored in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so those details can follow your visit from the landing page to the estimate form. If you submit a request, the attribution details are stored with that request. MCM uses this information to understand which marketing produces legitimate service requests. It is not sold, and you can remove the browser record at any time by clearing site data for this website.

Member accounts

Approved members may receive a private website account containing membership status, scheduling information, service history, property priorities, project updates and photographs. Members are responsible for protecting their password and notifying MCM if unauthorized access is suspected.

Photographs and uploads

Uploaded photographs are used only to evaluate, document and respond to the relevant service request or project unless separate permission is granted.

Payments

When online payment is offered, checkout is handled by Stripe. MCM does not store complete card numbers on this website.

Sharing

MCM does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, process an authorized payment or fulfill an approved service, or when required by law.
