Travel & priority visits: Some Greater Louisville and outlying addresses need a travel or bridge quote—confirm the total with MCM before paying. Same-day priority is +$25 only when available; call first. A calendar request is subject to MCM’s scheduling and access confirmation.

No. This is photo documentation of requested, visible areas. It is not a home or code inspection, appraisal, engineering opinion, environmental assessment, repair diagnosis or certification. We do not test or evaluate building systems or provide opinions about concealed defects.
Not necessarily. We need documented authorization and agreed access arrangements. Interior and occupied-property visits require appropriate access permission and coordination. We do not enter a property simply because a door is unlocked.
We can photograph the specified work area and record what is visibly present. You or your qualified adviser assess the work. We do not certify workmanship, code compliance or system performance through this service.
At your request, we can document visible indicators from authorized, accessible areas. Those observations do not establish legal occupancy, vacancy, tenancy or abandonment.
Yes, subject to availability. Call first for same-day priority (+$25 when available). Recurring and multi-property work is quoted according to visit frequency, scope and route density. We agree on any extra charges before service.
