MCM Home Maintenance
Repair Cost Guide & Photo Estimates
Start with a useful price before you commit to a visit. Choose the project below. For painting, use our room calculator for a preliminary labor range. For repairs, send photos and a short description so MCM can review the scope and respond with the next step toward a written estimate.
Serving Clarksville, Jeffersonville, New Albany and nearby Southern Indiana; Greater Louisville projects are considered by scope and schedule. Planning figures are not a firm quote.
What are you trying to price?
Paint a room
Enter room dimensions, wall condition, doors, ceiling and trim. See a preliminary labor range immediately.
Fix drywall
Show the damage, its approximate size and whether it needs paint afterward. Holes, water damage and matching texture can change the work.
Handle a repair list
Group doors, trim, fixtures and other small jobs in one request. Photos help us see what can be done in one visit.
A real starting point: bedroom wall painting
MCM’s current fall offer is $299 for wall-painting labor on most standard bedrooms when you provide the paint. The written scope confirms preparation, room size and scheduling. Ceilings, trim, doors and substantial repairs are separate. See the offer and conditions.
For broader planning, our 2026 interior painting guide explains why a single room can vary widely and cites a broad market planning range of $400–$1,200 for typical single-room work. That market range is not an MCM quote and should not be confused with the walls-only special.
What photos help us give a useful answer?
- One wide photo showing the whole room or repair area.
- One close photo of each damaged surface, with a coin or tape measure for scale.
- A photo showing access, nearby fixtures or trim when relevant.
Include your city or ZIP, approximate dimensions, whether materials are already on hand, and your preferred timing. The estimate form accepts up to five photos. MCM reviews requests individually; an online photo cannot reveal every hidden condition.
Compare the scope, not just the number
Ask whether surface preparation, paint or materials, ceiling and trim work, cleanup and any minimum visit charge are included. A written estimate should identify what happens if the work uncovers additional damage. MCM confirms the scope and price before work begins.
