Website estimates

Information submitted through this website is a request for review, not a binding estimate or service agreement. Calculator results are preliminary planning ranges only. Final scope, price, timing and payment terms must be provided or confirmed by MCM Home Maintenance.

Project conditions

Pricing and scheduling may change when concealed damage, unsafe conditions, customer-requested changes or conditions outside the stated scope are discovered. Any material change will be discussed before added work proceeds.

Membership information

Home Care Membership benefits, limitations, pricing and availability are not final until presented in a separate enrollment agreement accepted by the customer. Website account access does not by itself create or renew a membership.

Member requests and scheduling

A request submitted through My MCM is not confirmed until MCM accepts it and provides scheduling information. The member portal is not monitored as an emergency-response service.

Online payments

Online checkout is processed through Stripe when available. Payment does not expand the written membership scope or replace the separate membership agreement.

Emergency services

For immediate threats involving fire, gas, electrical hazards or personal safety, contact the appropriate emergency provider.
