At MCM, we consider a home maintenance emergency to be any issue that falls into one of three categories: safety, comfort, or property. Whether it's a broken lock compromising the safety of your home, a malfunctioning air conditioning system making your living space uncomfortable, or a burst pipe damaging your property, these are all examples of emergencies that require immediate attention. We understand the importance of addressing these issues promptly and efficiently to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our clients. Our team is dedicated to providing reliable and effective solutions for all your home maintenance emergencies, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your home is in good hands.

Safety Emergency

• Any opening normally secured within the occupied living/sleeping area.

• Any break in attempts that compromises doors or windows

• Discovery of any non-working or damaged smoke/C02 detectors.

• Any Gas appliances that stop working or fail in operation.

• Toilet that is stopped or will not flush (households with only one bathroom)

• Any situation that requires immediate attention. If left unresolved, the problem could result in injury, threaten one’s health, or cause serious property damage. (to be determined on a case by case bases at time of call).

Comfort Emergency

• Toilet that is stopped or will not flush (households with only one bathroom)

• HVAC system that fails to maintain a temperature above 40F or below 90F as shown on the room thermostat.

• Discovery of active water dripping or running from any ceiling, ceiling lighting, or blustering in the paint on any wall surface.

• Any water tap or faucet that your not able to shut off, or supply line to that faucet spraying water.

• If all the drains in home are stopped up and or overflowing.

• Sump pump is not working or you notice water in your basement

• Any situation that requires immediate attention. If left unresolved, the problem could result in injury, threaten one’s health, or cause serious property damage. (to be determined on a case by case bases at time of call).
